This privacy policy sets out how "Fenoscope" uses and protects any information that you give "Fenoscope" when you use one of our applications. "Fenoscope" is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this app, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement. "Fenoscope" may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes.

What we collect
We may collect the following information, we will always try and ask for the minimum amount of data to give you a good experience. Please check the app Auth Dialog to see exactly what permission the app needs.:

What kind of reports "Fenoscope" will show you?
"Fenoscope"  is an entertainment service and we do not guarantee to give you %100 real reports. It was only designed to make you having fun. You accept that we do not guarantee to give you exact true reports by downloading and upgrading your membership. 

What Personal Information Does "Fenoscope" collect OR Which permissions does "Fenoscope" request?

-Registration and Profile Information
When you create an account, we may collect your personal information such as your username, first and last name, birth date, email address, mobile phone number and a photo, if you chose to have a photo associated with your account. If you want to add a child or family member’s name to your account, we collect the child or family member’s name, email address, and mobile phone number. We may collect billing information when you sign up for the Premium service. We may collect additional information from a parent in order to obtain verifiable parental consent to allow a child to use our Service. When you register in our app with social media, such as Facebook or Foursquare, we receive information from the social network such as your profile information, profile picture, gender, user name, user ID associated with your social media account, age range, language, country, and any other information you permit the social network to share with third parties. The data we receive is dependent upon your privacy settings with the social network.

-Geolocation
We collect your unique user identifier and your location through GPS, WiFi, or wireless network triangulation in order to obtain your location for the purposes of providing our Service. We collect the location of your designated Location Alerts to provide notifications when you arrive and leave specific Place. If you turn off location sharing we will not share your location with your family members; however, while you are logged in to your account, we will continue to collect your location information in order to provide the Service (for example, to provide our services or to share your location with the members you allow to see your location). We maintain location information only so long as is reasonable to provide the Service and then erraze the location data.

-Contacts (Number Typing Shortcut)
Contacts permission may be needed to pick a number for filling inputs short way. Neither none of your contacts will be sent to remote servers nor shared any 3rd parties.

-Camera (Scanning QR Code)
Application asks for camera permission to make use of sharing your information with people who you allowed via scanning a unique QR code.

-Notifications
Application asks for notification permission to inform you about location and status of your friends/family.

!We do NOT share neither your location nor any of your personal informations to the 3rd parties!

How we use cookies

Controlling your personal information
You may choose to restrict the collection or use of your personal information by not accepting access to your details in the Auth Dialog box. You can also withdraw permissions by the app to access your data by going to the settings. We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so. We may use your personal information to send you promotional information about our own content which we think you may find interesting. You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998. A small fee will be payable. If you would like a copy of the information held on you please contact us. If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.
